HOW TO DO:
- Log in with your reservation number and phone number
- Select a new departure
- Get a price for your new ticket
- Confirm the change and pay any price difference between the new and old ticket
IF YOU WANT TO CANCEL YOUR TICKET::
- Log in with your reservation number and phone number
- If your ticket is refundable, you can do this via the "Refund" button.
- If you have a non-refundable ticket, it is still possible to refund any add-ons. Please note that the entire ticket will be cancelled
- Not all tickets can be refunded via our automatic refund system. If something does not work as expected, please contact our customer service.
Ticket change
Changed travel plans? No problem!
All tickets for SAMSØLINJEN can be changed quickly and easily on the website if you would rather travel at a different time.
You can often save a lot of money by booking your trip with SAMSØLINJEN as early as possible. If your travel plans change in the meantime, you can easily change your ticket online – right up until departure!
If there is a price difference between the new and old ticket, this will be paid in connection with your change. Please note that a ticket can only be changed to a different departure within the validity period.
