- Refundable before departure for a fee of 75 DKK
- Refundable after departure for a fee of 20%, however min. 75 DKK
- Check-in no later than 10 minutes before departure

Children between 0-3 years travel free when accompanied by a paying adult.

Pass on free seats
Remember to cancel your booking if your plans change! This way, other ferry passengers can enjoy your seat if you don't need it yourself. If you don't want to use your reservation, but forget to cancel it, you will automatically be charged for the journey. The charge will be made via the bizz the night after the journey should have been made, and the amount for not showing up is non-refundable.
So give the seat to the next person in line.
